By continuing to use this website you are confirming that you agree to our terms and conditions.

Confirmation

When you submit an order you will receive an email confirming your purchase and giving you a unique order number, please quote this order number in all correspondence. Please check your details carefully before ordering, particularly the size and colour you have selected. Where necessary please provide us with additional details of name and the position of any personalisation you require.

Payment Details

We accept all Major Debit and Credit Card payments through PayPal, if you do not have a PayPal account you can use their Pay as a Guest service. Alternatively we also accept telephone orders on 01386 861166

Please note that all transactions are processed in UK Pounds Sterling.

We can accept payment by cheque or UK postal order. We can only accept cheques in UK Pounds Sterling and goods cannot be dispatched until a cheque has been cleared, this may cause a delay in the processing of your order.

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you authorise any necessary extra payment to be taken from your account if you make any amendments or additions to your order. 

Postage and Packing

Postage UK

Our standard shipping cost is £2.50 per item for anywhere is the UK and is shipped First Class via Royal Mail. You will receive an email to tell you when your order has been dispatched.
In the unlikely event that your parcel has not arrived after 14 days from the despatch date please contact us, remember to include your order number. Please note that the Royal Mail is unable to track parcels until 14 days after the dispatch date.

Postage outside the UK

Postage outside of the UK is calculated automatically for you at checkout based on the number of items on your order.
Orders are sent via the Royal Mail International Standard Delivery service and delivery times vary from country to country.
In the unlikely event that your parcel has not arrived after 20 days for Europe and 25 days for the rest of the world, please contact us remembering to include your order number.

VAT

All prices include UK VAT at 20% where appropriate.

Dispatch

As most items we sell are made to order they will be dispatched within 10 - 14 working days by first class post. We always make every effort to satisfy your order within the dispatch time given. If an item is likely to be unavailable for longer than our normal dispatch time you will be notified by e-mail and given the option to cancel your order, choose an alternative or wait for the original item. If you require your items for a specific date please make this clear at the time of purchase so that we can make it a priority order.

Returns

We are happy to except returns for valid reasons and offer a full refund or replacement service within 7 days of receipt (Refunds will not include cost of return postage). We are always happy to sort out any problems.
We reserve the right to repair any item that has been custom made or personalised for you. Due to the nature of our products, stones may occasionally come off and we are happy to send replacement stones, on request, within 3 months of receipt of item.

Exchange

Please be aware we do not offer an exchange service on personalised items if you have ordered the wrong size, colour or the item doesn't fit. Therefore please send measurements (particularly hip and height sizes) If you are unsure of the size required.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us on 01386 861166 or send an email to [email protected] quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return.  We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.  Upon receiving the item back we will issue a replacement for you or repair.

I received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact 01386 861166 or send us an email to [email protected] quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.

Discount codes & vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation right

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within forteen working days of receipt of the goods (with the exception of made to order and personalised items).

However, as soon as you place an order for a personalised or made-to-order item you have entered into a contract to purchase that item. Therefore once you have submitted the order you cannot cancel, exchange or return the item either before or after dispatch.

You must inform us of the cancellation of the contract.

Upon receipt of your cancellation within 7 days and the goods received back by us you will receive a full refund via the method you used to pay originally. (The item is your responsibility, until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty).

This is not intended to be a full statement of all your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. Full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available from your Local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or your Local Authority’s Trading Standards Office.

The Regulations do not apply to made to order or personalised items.

Specification Change

Due to product changes and manufacturer updates the item you receive may differ slightly from the image or description given on our website, we do our best to keep our descriptions accurate but sometimes these may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions without notice.

Customer Reviews

You must not add any offensive, insulting, illegal or otherwise dubious material in any customer review or other public area of the website. Any such incidents will be treated seriously and will result in the material being removed from the website.
